The rapper Ye, formerly known as Kanye West, posted an apology message in Hebrew to his Instagram weeks after an anti-semitic rant at a listening party for his upcoming album. NBC News' Dana Griffin explains how the Anti-Defamation League believes this is the first step to making amends with the Jewish community.
